Quality Assurance Manager

£60k + £5k car allowance
Ideal candidates should be based in Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire / Home Counties.
RGN / RMN preferred NOT essential

We are recruiting a Quality Assurance Manager to join a highly regarded independent care provider to oversee the quality and compliance within several nursing homes across the South of England!

As a Quality Assurance Manager you will conduct a series of audits and quality healthcare checks across homes in the south of England. Due to the locations of the homes ideally you should be situated in Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire / Home Counties.

You will lead on strategy for quality across the company and you will oversee clinical quality governance across nursing homes and care homes.
As a Quality Assurance Manager you will ensure that homes adhere to CQC regulations and you will conduct internal audits in order to ensure that high standards of care is maintained.

You will work with Care and Nursing Home Managers to create action plans, advise on best practice and ensure CQC compliance.

Candidates should have previously worked as a Quality Assurance Manager, Compliance Manager, Area Manager, Regional Manager, Compliance Manager and will have extensive experience gained working within the elderly care, nursing home and care home sector
