Intermediate Quantity Surveyor Required In Essex

GVR Solutions are currently representing a well-established subcontractor based in Essex who are currently recruiting for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their established and dynamic team. Over the past few years, they have become a highly regarded contractor who specialise in Drylining projects across the Commercial and Residential sector.

Responsibilites of an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor:

* Preparation of cost estimates, cost plans, tender documents, interim valuations of the construction

* Review project progress and present project data as appropriate

* Sub-contract Tendering

* Cost Control and reporting

* Attend projects meetings

* Procurement

* Final Accounts

* Assist with larger projects

The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will:

* Hold a Quantity Surveying degree or Construction Management degree

* Have experience in Facades.

* Surveying experience in the construction industry

* Relevant IT Skills

* Excellent oral communication and written skills

* A good knowledge of Maths

* Strong attention to detail

* Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills

* Confident, Articulate and a critical thinker

* Ability to work to deadlines

* Willing to undertake training and development when needed.
