Job Title:Warehouse Operative Van Driver

Eccles M30

Please be aware this is a warehouse role that will involve heavy lifting, this is not a full time driving role.

Job Type:

Permanent, Full-Time hours

Monday 09.00am-19.00pm

Tuesday to Friday 08.30am - 18.00pm

Salary:

£12.21 - £12.71 per hour

Job Duties:

Drive company van to transport goods to various locations, this will be delivering beers/wines and spirits plus kegs.
Assist with loading and unloading of goods at the warehouse
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of products
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the van
Adhere to all safety regulations and traffic laws

Required Qualifications:

Valid UK driving licence
Previous experience in a similar role
Good physical fitness for lifting and carrying heavy items

Education:

Secondary school education or equivalent

Experience:

Proven experience as a van driver and warehouse operative

Knowledge and Skills:

Excellent driving skills and knowledge of road safety regulations
Basic knowledge of warehouse operations
Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Forklift licence
First Aid certification

Working Conditions:

Work in a warehouse and driving environment
May require working in varying weather conditions
Physical work involving lifting and moving heavy items
