Junior Customer Success Executive – About Us:

Junior Customer Success Executive – The Role:
As a Junior Customer Success Executive, you will be supporting both our team and our customers to utilise our products. You will be a doer within the team, helping our customers create their accounts, set up automated email journeys and ensuring they get the most value from our products.
This role o?ers the perfect opportunity to kickstart your career in customer success while learning the ropes in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment.
Junior Customer Success Executive - Key responsibilities
- You will be supporting our team to deliver the best results for our customers
- You will be creating marketing emails for our customers (based on information provided)
- You will be supporting our customers to get the most out of our products, this will include onboarding them and helping with their questions on a day-to-day basis
- You will be learning the world of Hospitality marketing and using this to provide a greater level of support to our customers

Bene?cial, but not essential:
- Experience with CRM and Email Marketing
- Experience within the Hospitality industry
- Experience within a SaaS company
