Holiday Park Warden
£25,000.00 Basic + free onsite accommodation and utilities
We are looking for 2 experienced Holiday Park Wardens to manage all maintenance operations onsite.
The successful candidates will be dealing with all Holiday Home owners onsite and any issues or customer service problems they may have. It’s important that customer satisfaction and the appearance of the Holiday Park is top notch!
Responsibilities (included not limited to):
* Managing and keeping on top of all maintenance on site, including Hot Tubs maintenance and cleaning.
* Performing maintenance tasks first hand such as grass cutting, hedge trimming, edging, DIY, basic repairs, painting and decorating etc.
* Dealing with any customer enquiries, making sure you are providing the best possible service.
* Dealing with any outside organisations and sub-contractors when required.
* Being on hand for any emergencies should they arise.
* Making sure all areas of the park are presentable, clean and tidy.
* Work alongside other departments achieving the best outcomes for all.
* Good problem solver with high standards.
