About the Role:
My client in the packaging is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to handle customer inquiries, provide product support, and manage orders. You'll coordinate with internal teams, resolve issues, and maintain accurate customer records while ensuring exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Processing orders and tracking shipments.
Resolving complaints and handling returns.
Updating CRM systems and preparing reports.
Supporting sales and ensuring compliance with regulations.Qualifications:
