We’re assisting our client a main contractor, with their search for a freelance site manager with a strong focus on finishing to join a live school refurbishment project in North West London. This role requires someone detail-driven, with experience working in occupied education environments and delivering high-quality finishes under tight deadlines.
The role:

Take ownership of finishing works, ensuring all areas are completed to a high standard.
Manage subcontractors and snagging processes in a live, operational school environment.
Coordinate with the wider site team and school staff to minimise disruption.
Maintain health and safety standards, particularly within occupied areas.
Drive the programme forward and ensure deadlines are met. About you:

Experience managing finishing works on refurbishment projects, ideally within the education sector.
Strong eye for detail and quality control.
Comfortable working in live environments with tight logistical constraints.
CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid are essential
