NonStop Care is working with one of the UK's leading providers of specialist education, care and activities, they are looking for a Registered Manager who is a Qualified Social Worker to lead their Family Assessment Centre in Worcester.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the operational delivery of services, ensuring high standards of care and assessment.
Supervise and support staff, including ensuring training and professional development.
Develop and implement individualized care plans for families based in the centre.Benefits:
