Overseeing the HVAC Contractor on a Fire Station in Workington.

We are urgently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a HVAC contractor on a Fire Station project in Workington, Cumbria. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic project for 4 weeks starting Monday 7th April or ASAP.  You will not be required to work Good Friday or Easter Monday.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise HVAC installations and works on site.
Ensure health and safety compliance.
Liaise with contractors and other site staff.
Monitor progress, quality, and productivity to ensure deadlines are met.
Requirements:

Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
Ability to work independently and manage site operations efficiently.
