TSA Surveying are working in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy and are looking to appoint Stock Condition Surveyors on a 6 MONTH CONTRACT starting in JAN 2025 TO COVER THE WEST OF ENGLAND.

All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software 
 
•Outside IR35 role
•Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats, Blocks 
•Over 2400 properties to be surveyed - STOCK CONDITION and RDSAP
•Properties located in/around - West of England includes Bath, Bristol, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Stroud, Tewkesbury and all of Somerset
•ID Badges, calling cards, large property lists provided and letter of authority for the door knocking properties 
•Letter dropping every 2/3 weeks by the client.
•6 MONTH CONTRACT - possible extension.
