About the Role:

Provide 1:1 or small group support to students with diverse SEND needs.
Assist in the delivery of tailored lessons and help students overcome barriers to learning.
Promote positive behaviour and ensure a safe, inclusive environment.
Be available for flexible, supply work - perfect for someone looking for variety and the ability to adapt to different school settings.Ideal Candidate:

Experience working with children or young people with special educational needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexible, adaptable, and able to respond to daily requests.
