Regional Manager – OPI

Salary up to £36K per annum, plus performance related bonus, company car & fuel card

Are you ready to inspire and empower a team of talented Business Development Managers to achieve unparalleled success in the beauty industry? We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager to join our OPI team.

About the Role:

As a Regional Manager, you'll oversee and motivate a team of 11 Business Development Managers strategically located across the UK, including Manchester, York, Bristol, Newcastle, Birmingham, London, and our dedicated Telephone account managers. Your mission will be to drive sales growth for OPI, the world's leading salon brand, by visiting salons, spas, and colleges.

Your Responsibilities will Include:

* Providing strategic guidance and ongoing support to your team

* Coaching and mentoring your team to achieve their maximum potential

* Developing and implementing effective sales strategies

* Building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the beauty industry

* Analysing market trends and identifying new opportunities

* Leading regular team meetings at Wella Studios in Manchester and London to share exciting innovations and motivate your team

* Collaborating closely with account managers to deliver exceptional client service and meet OPI's needs

If you have proven experience in leading and motivating a field based sales team then this could be the perfect role for you. You will also have strong commercial experience and have a passion for driving results.

Ideally you will be working in a similar role, with experience of the independant beauty channel - however beauty sector experience is not essential. You will have excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills, and be willing to go the extra mile to achieve your team and personal targets; a truly authentic leader.

Please note this role requires a full UK manual driving licence (with no more than 6 pts or previous bans), all offers will be subject to successful completion of a DVLA licence check. This is a field based role which will involve regular travel on a daily basis, so you must be comfortable driving distance. Overnights may be required on occasion
