Job Title: HR Advisor
Salary: Circa £40,000
Location: Borehamwood / Hybrid
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week.
An exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join a growing HR Team based in their head office.
Our client is a well established and growing business with sites across the UK and apart of a global network, extending across many countries.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
·Experience working in HR and providing ER advice
·A relevant HR qualification
·Excellent communication skills
·Able to analyse data and identifying trends
Responsibilities
·Manage the administration for the HR lifecycle.
·First point of contact for HR enquiries, employee relations, and providing advice.
·Supporting the team of HR Administrators with queries
·Producing HR analytical reports, analysing data, identifying trends and providing insights.
·Manage absences and create action plans to reduce absence across the company.
·Run HR sessions for support staff and implementing workshops for managers.
·Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to
