Key Responsibilities of a Technical Operations Coordinator:

Manage customer communications through various channels
Handle stock management, shipping, and returns
Coordinate with the purchasing team to maintain optimal stock levels
Maintain accurate inventory records
Process orders and manage delivery statuses
Promote our brand and provide excellent customer serviceWhat We're Looking For:

Previous experience in logistics, procurement, or technical support within a technology/electronics based company.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
