Our well-established client supply a wide range of industry sectors, they operate across the UK and abroad! They are recruiting for a CNC Machinist with experience in setting and operating machinery to join their busy and dynamic team!

CNC Machinist Roles and Responsibilities:

* Ensured the availability of correct parts, tooling, and drawings

* Accurately set and operate machinery, learn how to read G codes, and understand programming information

* Training will be provided for programming under the guidance of an experienced programmer

* Be responsible for performing quality checks, completing regular visual checks and by checking component dimensions

* Keep a record of set-up details, performing regular safety checks, and communicating problems early

The ideal CNC Machinist will:

* Be able to accurately set and operate CNC machines

* Have experience of working with FANUC controls

* Be able to read and work from engineering drawings

* Be willing to learn to programme machinery under the guidance of a skilled programmer

* Be able to accurately record production and raise any concerns

Monday – Thursday: 14:00pm – 12:30am
