Ristara Engineering is working in partnership with a reputable precision engineering company who are currently recruiting for a skilled reliable Cell Lead to join their team.

Due to a completely full order book and an expansive vision for the next 5 years, they are now looking for a Cell Lead to join there already established team.

Specialising in CNC turning, Milling, Grinding and Inspection delivering quality and satisfaction for their clients in Aerospace, Agriculture, Autosport, Marine, Medical and Rail.

Due to the nature of the market our client supplies into, all candidates must be UK residents, and DBS checks (disclosure & barring service) may be required. Please also note at this time we do not offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

Responsibilities and Duties are required for the Cell Lead role:

· Experience leading a team

· Experience with CNC machining

· Experience in precision manufacturing/engineering ideally from Aerospace background

· Experience of working to tight tolerances

· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

Qualifications and Skills are required for the Cell Lead role:

An Apprenticeship or equivalent City & Guilds qualification is desirable
