Project Manager

Location: Wakefield- Hybrid
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per year + Bonus

My client is a forward-thinking architectural design and property search company, dedicated to creating accessible, inclusive, and functional homes-with a special focus on disability adaptations and residential developments.

We're looking for a Project Manager who's passionate about delivering high-quality, impactful design. If you're experienced in managing residential projects, know your way around AutoCAD and JCT contracts, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Lead and manage residential and adaptation projects from design to delivery
Work closely with clients, contractors, and our internal team
Ensure compliance with UK Building Regs
Conduct site visits and ensure timelines and budgets stay on track
Provide technical support and mentor junior staff
Help shape practical, innovative, inclusive design solutions

What We're Looking For:

5+ years in construction/project management (especially JCT contracts)
Proficient in AutoCAD
Strong knowledge of UK planning, regs, and accessibility requirements
