Business Development & Sales Manager - (EMEA)

Location: Fully remote - UK and EMEA Travel Required

Salary: Up-to £60,000 Basic + 25% OTE

Key Responsibilities

Building exceptional customer relationships, the identification, building and delivery of the sales pipeline whilst contributing to growth initiatives across our business.
Working with Customers to understand their underlying needs matching these to the business' capabilities and working with Subject Matter Experts, and Project & Bid Management team to generate compelling value propositions.
Prioritise and focus on building pipeline, whilst identifying and maximising revenue opportunities is crucial to this role.
Generating Account strategies, and Go to Market business plans within the Tolling, Mobility and Traffic Enforcement domain
Uncovering, blueprinting, developing and converting new opportunities.
Identify and feedback any beneficial market opportunities, work with management, marketing and technical teams to compile and implement plans to address these opportunities.
Develop and deliver a territory plan in order to manage the go-to-market opportunities.
Maintaining and developing key.
Own and Manage the Sales forecast
Responsibility for achieving sales target as defined by the business objectives
Growing the business across a range of application areas including both solution sales as well as recurring/maintenance contracts
Sell and develop tailored service offering as well as the straight product sale.
Utilising our CRM system, Salesforce, to support you in the planning, forecasting and execution of your sales pipeline.

Skills & Expertise Required

Astute Sales leadership experience
Comfortable in consultative sale environment
Proven sales track record in Local Government, Public Safety, Intelligent Traffic and/or Transport Technology sector with proven track record of closing deals between €1m-€20m.
Demonstrable sales/business development skills
Understanding of the wider mobility eco-system, including Road User Charging, Mobility Payment market, Parking and Enforcement Technology would be advantageous
Experienced in competitive tender and bid writing processes
Understanding of bespoke service offerings also an advantage
