About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Document Review Accountant for a 3-month interim project with a leading financial services company in central London. The role focuses on documenting financial reporting processes and controls to ensure compliance and audit-readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and finalise templates for process documentation.
Define the scope and content of the documentation, including key chapters and processes.
Gain a detailed understanding of financial processes through walkthroughs and observations, identifying dependencies, controls, and key elements.
Draft process documentation, review with stakeholders, and update based on feedback.
Ensure the final documentation is thorough, compliant, and audit-ready.Requirements:
Proven experience in documenting financial processes and controls.
Familiarity with financial reporting and IFRS standards.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to liaise with various teams and stakeholders.
Financial services background is preferred but not essential.
Available for an immediate start and committed to the 3-month project.Benefits:
