Location: Cambridgeshire / East Anglia Region (occasional travel to London)

Salary: Minimum Basic salary of £30,000 per annum

We are a leading provider of stairlift and mobility hoist solutions, dedicated to enhancing the independence and quality of life for our customers. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated engineer to join our team and serve the Cambridgeshire and East Anglia regions, with occasional travel to London.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Stairlift/Mobility Hoist Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Installing stairlifts and mobility hoist equipment in residential and commercial properties.
Servicing and maintaining existing stairlifts and hoists to ensure optimal performance.
Diagnosing and repairing faults in a timely and efficient manner.
Providing excellent customer service and support to clients, ensuring their mobility needs are met with professionalism and empathy.
Managing your own schedule to meet client appointments and service calls.
Maintaining accurate records of all installations, services, and repairs.
Keeping up to date with the latest industry standards and technologies.
Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in installing, servicing, and repairing stairlift and hoist equipment.
Competent in fault finding and problem-solving.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Full, clean driving licence.
Based near Peterborough, Bury St Edmunds, or surrounding areas.
