Lead and manage a team of skilled engineers specializing in agricultural machinery.
Oversee and streamline call-out procedures to deliver exceptional customer service
Liaise with other departments to ensure efficient parts procurement and timely job completion.
Manage all aspects of the service team and workshop
Develop and maintain relationshipsRequirements for an Agricultural Service Manager

Ideally have Agricultural experience (or at least have relevant industry knowledge)
Great customer service and communication skills
Previous experience looking after engineers.
A can do attitude
