The Role:

As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with an experienced Recruitment Consultant, acting as their 'shadow' and providing essential support with day-to-day recruitment activities. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, learn the ropes of recruitment, and develop your career. A clear career path follows your development.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with sourcing and screening potential candidates for education roles

Supporting in maintaining candidate and client databases

Posting job adverts and managing applications

Arranging interviews and managing interview schedules

Conducting initial candidate assessments via phone or email

Providing administrative support, including document management and compliance checks

Learning and assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process

What We’re Looking For:

Strong organisational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

A proactive and positive attitude with a keen desire to learn

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Interest in education and recruitment is a plus

Previous experience in admin or customer service is advantageous but not essential
