Our client is a residential cladding specialist main contractor. They have a large portfolio of live projects within London and are considered as one of the top contractors to work for within London.

A long term (24month) freelance opportunity has arisen for a Assistant / Site Manager to join their project team. The project is a medium rise scheme based in Brixton, consisting of 6 blocks with a construction value of £17m.

The role is to oversee the QA on all 6 blocks in particular the facade for the de cladding and recladding works.

Your day-to-day duties will include

A key focus on the QA, accurate progress reporting aligned with the programme deadlines, reporting to the Project Manager, health and safety and weekly site meetings.

You must and have proven experience of managing QA on external packages (façade) on residential schemes previously.
