4 Electricians required for Hinkley Point C immediate starts available!
Long Contract 12-24 mths
Ideally contractors already inducted on site but will consider contractors who haven’t
£28 p/h CIS with some flex for very experienced candidates.
* Must have industrial electrical experience.
* Proven experience as an industrial electrician on this kind of site or similar preferred
* Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and applicable regulations and guidelines.
* Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
* Comfortable working at height (upto 50 ft)
* Good health, physically mobile and able to work in a variety of industrial environments.
* Relevant vocational training JIB Gold Card, CSCS Card, 18TH Edition, 2391 and IPAF preferrable
* D+A Tests will be carried out on the commencement of work and randomly
* Water treatment, process control and instrumentation experience preferred
Duties
* Electrical installations including containment, glanding and SWA cabling
* Heavy Ladder work (600ml)
* Cutting, bracketry, fixings and drilling work initially
* Glanding and connecting mainly armoured cables, flexes and control cables (medium size)
Working Hours
Mon – Thurs 7am – 6pm
Fri 7am – 3pm (subject to change)
Pay/ Salary: £28 p/h may be a little flex
