Job Details

JobMatcha are recruiting for a hard-working Administrator with in date DBS for an ongoing role we have working on a project we are involved with based in Prescot, Merseyside.
Key Information:

* 9 Hours per day, 1-hour unpaid lunch (08:00 – 17:00)

* Location Prescot, Merseyside

* Ongoing work for an experienced Administrator

Responsibilities:

Annual leave/absence reports, update V Nexus, Stationery order, Logging jobs for contractors/lads, Assign emails to admin team, Provide administrative support to the maintenance department,, Signing Contractors in and out daily, Updating V Nexus from signing in/out info, Follow up PPM's as and when required, Run PM and RM chase up/job outstanding report, Chase ups PPM's, Chase ups RM's, Produce rota for onsite team, Provide rota updates as and when required, On Call Rotas/Sheets, Update on call rotas as and when required, Re-allocating work orders as and when required and Email replies from chase up

Competencies and Requirements for the position:

* Must have Right to Work in the UK

* Experience as an Administrator

* DBS in date required

* Must have experience with an office that is a very fast-paced environment and need to ensure that they can manage the nature of what they do.
