Description

This Senior Technical Manager position will oversee a high-rise scheme in East London consisting of 2 towers, the tallest up to 35 storeys, with a panelised facade system. You remit will cover:

- Preconstruction management including project set up, design team procurement, etc.

- Oversight of technical design production and subcontractor procurement and coordination

- Coordination of planning conditions, warranty, building control, and all other 3rd party engagements

- Recruitment of a team as necessary

Profile

A successful Senior Technical Manager should have:

A design/technical background
Proven experience at Senior Technical Manager level
A track record of delivering residential high rise schemes to handover
Excellent knowledge of building regulations and new BSA requirements
Fantastic communication skills with an ability to work with large teams internally and externallyJob Offer

A salary between £85,000-£95,000 (depending on experience)
