**What You’ll Do:**

* Managing and developing mix of and new warm client accounts.

* Working closely and daily with your line manager to ensure that we meet the high expectation that we and our client have of us.

* Managing roles from sign off to hire.

* You will coordinate with the client contacts to take detailed specification, write up and advertise the roles, source and screen suitable candidates, arrange interviews, brief and debrief candidates and clients, and make both permanent and temporary placements.

* Business Development, calling potential clients and selling our services will be an integral part of this role.

* Identifying, approaching and securing top talent for our client vacancies.
