Temporary Receptionist - April Start

Location: Tewkesbury
My client, a professional services firm, is looking for a candidate with previous office experience to cover their reception whilst their permanent receptionist takes a short break.
This role offers a great opportunity to work in a friendly environment, where you will be expected to handle a variety of tasks and contribute to the smooth running of the office. In return, you will enjoy a fulfilling job and a supportive team.
To be considered for this opportunity, we would like to see candidates who have previous office experience (reception experience is not essential), a pleasant and professional manner, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks when required.
Your responsibilities will include:

Running the reception desk

Meeting and greeting visitors
*
Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department
*
Responding to emails and handling general enquiries
*
Distributing and franking post
*
Photocopying and typing letters
*
Managing appointment schedules and bookings
