The Role
As a BI Reporting Developer, you will be instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making. Key responsibilities include:

Data Modelling: Developing and delivering technical solutions to automate data extraction, transformation, and modelling for reporting purposes.
BI Report Development: Translating business needs into technical specifications, building Power BI reports, and empowering teams to self-serve actionable insights.
Report Maintenance: Taking ownership of monthly submissions, ensuring reports and dashboards are accurate, functional, and user-friendly.
Statistical Modelling: Creating statistical models to evaluate sales and marketing performance metrics.
What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive professional with:

Strong expertise in Power BI and Microsoft solutions.
Knowledge of DAX, SQL, or Python, with experience in databases/SQL Server.
Proficiency in data wrangling and data modelling.
Excellent organisational skills and a strong attention to detail.
A data-driven mindset with the ability to identify trends and clearly communicate insights to stakeholders.
A self-motivated, problem-solving approach with a passion for overcoming challenges.
