Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in critical situations, ensuring their safety and comfort during their time in the emergency department.

Responsibilities

* Assess and triage patients upon arrival, determining the urgency of care required.

* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

* Monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition, providing timely updates to the medical team.

* Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.

* Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding treatment options and procedures.

* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with hospital policies.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Skills and Requirements

* 1 Year NHS Experience is essential.

* Updated CV.

* EPMA to be completed

* Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, enabling effective assessment and intervention.

* Exceptional patient care skills, demonstrating empathy, compassion, and professionalism in all interactions.

* Ability to work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, patients, and families.

* Proficient in using medical equipment and technology relevant to emergency care settings.

* Strong problem-solving abilities to make quick decisions in critical situations.

Pay:

Weekdays: £24

Nights/Saturdays: £34

Sundays: £42
