My Client is seeking a skilled and reliable Fabric Technician/Handyman to join our Facilities Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the university's buildings, grounds, and facilities. This role is essential in ensuring a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

General Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including minor repairs, painting, plastering, and general upkeep of interior and exterior building surfaces.
Fabric Repairs: Inspect, repair, and maintain various types of fabrics used within the university, such as upholstery, curtains, and other textiles in classrooms, offices, and common areas.
Carpentry and Joinery: Conduct basic carpentry tasks such as repairing doors, windows, furniture, and other wooden fixtures.
Plumbing: Perform minor plumbing repairs and maintenance, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures.
