We at Creative Instrumentation are a seeking a Production Manager for our multi process Engineering business in Worthing. The role will manage production for a team of 17 production operatives covering Welders, Brazers, CNC Machinists and Assembly Operatives.
Your role will be to plan and allocate orders through the business and ensure that the work gets completed on the designated delivery.
You will posses experience working as Production Manager working to set targets
Experience Required
o Proven experience as a Production Manager
o Excellent People Management skills, to be able to motivate and instill team work within the team
o Experience and knowledge within the manufacturing and engineering sector's
o Proven continuous Improvement methodologies with a proactive approach to driving improvements across the production department. 5S or similar
o Excellent understanding of production, manufacturing and assembly processes
Key Job Role Responsibilities
o Planning of resources for staff and process areas
o Ensure that KPI targets are exceeded for On Time Delivery
o Ensure that company procedures are followed and adhered to
o Meeting customer requirements.
o Communicate any delivery deviations to both customers and senior management team
Hours
Monday - Thursday 8am-4pm
Friday's 8am -1.30pm
