The Role:
Supporting recruitment (liaison with agencies, managing the agency relationship, attending interviews)
Onboarding including all paperwork and entitlement to work checks
Supporting with inductions
Supporting with disciplinaries
Supporting with training and development
Administering the benefits scheme
Often being the first point of contact for employees and resolving all queries
What are they looking for?
You must already have experience within an HR role.
What are they offering?
This is initially a 12m contract but may become permanent.
