Maintenance Electrician

Location – Aberdeen (with some travel)

Salary - £38,000 (DOE) + Overtime + On call

Maintenance Electrician – TXM are currently looking for a Maintenance Electrician to work on multiple commercial and industrial contracts covering the Aberdeen area. The starting salary for this Maintenance Electrician role is up to £38,000 with overtime available and callouts (1 in 4). The working hours for this role is Monday to Friday, 8:00-17:00.

Maintenance Electrician duties include –

* Provide general Electrical / HVCA/ Building services maintenance support on all buildings and plant.

* Perform testing and inspecting of Electrical Installations

* Maintain all plant and systems

* Carry out condition based monitoring surveys.

* Carry out minor new works installations and testing

* Carry out remedial and/or refurbishment works arising from breakdown or maintenance inspections.

* Respond to reactive maintenance/breakdown calls for the helpdesk and carrying out remedial work as necessary, providing feedback information to customer and helpdesk as required.

Maintenance Electrician Qualifications and Experience –

* Qualified to City & Guilds 2360 Part 1 & 2 or equivalent NVQ & C&G 18th Edition

* C&G 2391-10 Inspection & Testing, & C&G 2391-20 Design & Verification preferred but not required

* Good all round knowledge of Facility Management and Building Services Engineering.

* Similar experience working within a commercial/industrial setting
