Are you passionate about resident involvement and engagement? Do you thrive in a resident-focused environment? B&D Reside is seeking a dynamic and proactive Resident Engagement Manager to join their team and help redefine high standards for residents.
Some of What You'll Do:
Deliver a comprehensive, efficient, and compliant resident involvement and engagement service.
Develop and implement an Involvement and Engagement Strategy, ensuring all teams actively contribute to delivering its key objectives and actions.
Create, facilitate, and deliver flexible and modern options for resident involvement that cater to diverse resident groups.
Organise and facilitate resident panels and engagement activities that scrutinise performance, shape future services, and enhance resident satisfaction.
Comply with service-related policies, statutory obligations as a landlord, such as consumer standards and best practices.
Develop and deliver engagement strategies to ensure compliance with building safety regulations.
Capture resident feedback and insight through consultations, surveys, and focus groups to identify areas for improvement and enhance resident satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to shape the future of resident involvement and engagement within our client's organisation.
Establish a digital involvement and engagement platform to cater to the needs of a diverse resident base.
Implement a multi-platform communications plan to keep residents informed and promote excellent service delivery.
Promote contact with residents to develop high-trust relationships that enable tailored service delivery.
What You Need to Have:
Experience in resident involvement and engagement or a related housing field.
Demonstrable knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements for resident involvement and engagement in a mixed-tenure housing environment.
Proven experience delivering involvement and engagement initiatives.
Ability to work with vulnerable and hard-to-reach groups to develop cohesive neighbourhoods.
Understanding of housing, estate management, health and safety, and their impact on residents and landlords.
Excellent communication skills for various audiences, including written reports and presentations.
Competency in interpreting and analysing information for meaningful reporting.
Good IT literacy, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
