We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee a start to finish £50M new build school project, in the Essex area.

Coming from a Construction background and coupled with a proven track record in new Education projects, you will be responsible for ensuring an on time and to budget completion, by way of overseeing program as well as the management of various sub contractors on the job.

Client facing skills are essential, as is experience of seeing a new build project from start to handover.

The company behind the vacancy is an Essex based regional Tier 1 Main Contractor, who currently have a wealth of work in terms of both new and existing work, specifically within the DofE, Healthcare & MoD sectors, on both a single and two tender stage basis
