Interim Management Accountant (4-6 Months)

A rapidly growing and well-known employer of choice within the Leeds area are seeking an experienced Interim Management Accountant to join their dynamic team for a temporary contract of 4 to 6 months. This role is based in Leeds with the flexibility of hybrid working, offering a perfect balance between office presence and remote work. Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse Nominal Data: Conduct detailed analysis of nominal ledger data to support financial reporting and decision-making.
* Accruals and Prepayments: Manage and review accruals and prepayments, ensuring accurate reflection in the financial statements.
* Balance Sheet Reconciliations: Perform regular balance sheet reconciliations to maintain integrity and accuracy of financial records.
* OPEX Data Analysis: Provide insightful analysis of operational expenditure data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience: Proven experience in management accounting, ideally within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, and handling accruals and prepayments.
* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
