Basic Salary £33,000 - £38,000 (Dependent on Experience)
Monday-Friday 8-5
Call Out (Retainer payment + premium rate)
Use of pool vehicle when on call

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Facilities Fabric Technician to join a very successful commercial building services company. Working on a large static site in the Bishop’s Stortford area of Essex and will cover the planned and reactive maintenance to building fabrics within a varied range of large multi-purpose buildings.  
 
As part of a large site based maintenance team the successfully candidate will be responsible for covering all fabric repairs, including: Painting & decorating, restoration works, carpentry, patch plastering, plumbing, basic electric’s, washbasin splash backs etc. You will also assist Mechanical and Electrical Engineers cover the planned and reactive maintenance to electrical and HVAC systems.  
 
You will be working on a Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm in al very High Security Environment so you will be prepared to undergo security clearance. Candidates will also need to be well presented and have good client and public facing skills
