At the core of our business is our dynamic Sales Team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by showcasing your product knowledge and enthusiasm

• Communicate effectively via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions

• Handle sales inquiries and orders with precision and consistency

• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships

• Confidently research and source non-stock products when needed

• Follow up on quotations and actively pursue sales opportunities

• Maximise sales by upselling and cross-selling whenever possible

• Make outbound calls to customers from our portfolio

• Collaborate with the team to meet high demands

• Efficiently resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
