Sales Administrator Harrow
Our Client are an award winning Organic Beauty and Skincare care products company
They are looking for a Sales Administrator
Duties include:
Amazon accounts: Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts
Creating new product listings, processing orders
Managing disputes of shortage and price claims
Managing and coordinating all deliveries with logistics and the warehouse
Inventory Management for Amazon accounts
Producing reports for management and implementing promotional activity
Answering the phone and assisting customers with their queries
Handling customer reviews, complaints and return requests from online platforms
Develop and manage our other e-commerce accounts, including E-bay
Any other adhoc duties
Essential requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience processing Amazon FBA orders
Experience for Amazon listing optimisation / PPC experience
Previous experience of Amazon Marketing Services - campaigns/product launches
Inventory Management
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time
Results oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivating
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm
