Key Responsibilities:

Plan, deliver, and assess engaging Drama lessons for KS3 and KS4 students, potentially including KS5.
Teach key aspects of drama, including acting techniques, script analysis, stagecraft, and performance skills.
Encourage student participation in school plays, productions, and extracurricular drama activities.
Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level Drama exams, supporting their practical and written coursework.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and creative learning environment where students feel confident to express themselves.
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in drama education.Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Strong subject knowledge in Drama, with experience teaching at the secondary level (KS3, KS4, and ideally KS5).
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
A passion for the performing arts and the ability to inspire creativity in students.
