I am currently looking for a Painter to work for a Housing Association in the Derbyshire area. This is a permanent working mainly within void properties.

The successful Painter will receive:

£30,000 per year
Company van & fuel card provided
The right Painter will need:

Full UK Driving License
Social housing experience
NVQ level 2 or equivalent in Painting
For this Painter role you will be responsible for:

Prepping and Painting walls in void properties
Stripping wallpaper
Glossing
Experience working with Damp & Mould
Some external painting
Completing work to a high standard
