Software Engineering Manager - Permanent - Hybrid Working ✨

Synapri are working with a leading SaaS business who specialise in Risk Management and Business Intelligence software to hire a highly experienced Engineering Manager on a permanent basis.

The key focus of the role will centre around providing a deeper understanding and optimisation of the onshore and offshore engineering models, focusing on best practices relating to software development and delivery. Our client are keen to speak to people who have a strong understanding of technical processes and ideally have worked with offshore and onshore systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Help to gain a complete oversight of the company’s engineering position

* Help to optimise current systems and processes

* Help to bring both onshore and offshore systems to one homogenous environment

Key Skills:

* Experience working within a modern Microsoft tech software engineering environment (C#, Azure)

* Experience with onshore and offshore systems engineering teams

* Strong stakeholder engagement skills

* Ideally has a background within a SaaS business.

This role requires travel to Central London 3 days per week.
