SEN Support Assistant – Tower Hamlets

Salary: £85 to £110 per day (Depending on experience)
Contract Type: Long-term, Full-time

Are you an SEN Support Assistant looking to work in a supportive and inclusive school environment? GSL Education is seeking passionate individuals to join a specialist SEN school in Tower Hamlets.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons.

Support students with social, emotional, and academic development.

Help implement individualised education plans (IEPs).

Work closely with the SENCO and other support staff to enhance student learning.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a special educational needs setting is preferable.

Ability to adapt to different learning needs and challenges.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.
