An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Audio-Visual Account Manager to join my client's team, delivering globally consistent and supportable technology solutions and services to key customers worldwide.

This role involves developing and maintaining client relationships while expanding the company's client base.
We are seeking ambitious individuals to join my client's successful and innovative technology systems integration team within EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify and meet customers' visual collaboration needs.
Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless transitions from sale to installation.
Build professional relationships with manufacturer sales and engineering personnel.
Maintain detailed client information and track activities using Microsoft Dynamics.
Represent my client at technological trade shows and events.
Engage in training and professional development activities.
Assist with strategic activities and target growth initiatives.
Monitor projects through implementation to ensure successful delivery and provide feedback to the team.
Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to gain technical knowledge for consultancy. Desirable Skills:

Ability to present and demonstrate visual collaboration products and services to end-users.
Capable of balancing multiple tasks with changing priorities.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and oral, internally and externally.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
