Purpose of Role
Based in our Glasgow office, you will be part of a busy team responsible for ensuring every customer has a first-class experience from start to finish, even if their order hasn’t gone to plan.
Main Responsibilities
As a customer service advisor, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
* Dealing with customer queries over the phone, face-to-face, and digitally.
* Customer case management
* Management of customer orders and communication throughout the customer journey
* Liaising with external suppliers on behalf of the customer
* Processing card and cash payments
* End of day reconciliation procedures
Person Specification
The successful candidate will be a team player who is passionate about customer service and will have:
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* High attention to detail
* Strong organisational & time-management skills
* Analytical skills to assess customer needs and resolve issues efficiently
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: This role is based on a working pattern of 40 hours per week, worked 5 out of 7 days. Weekend availability is required.
