We're seeking a talented eCommerce Marketing Executive to join the team based at our Swansea HQ. As an e-commerce marketing executive, you will manage and optimise product listings, dive into the details of our products, highlight their benefits, and create compelling hooks to drive sales and elevate our online presence across marketplace platforms including Amazon eBay, and Shopify.

Collaborating with a Senior Account Manager, your role will be to effectively manage a portfolio of clients and maintain strong business relationships to optimise their return on advertising spend.

The successful candidate will have experience relating to Amazon advertising or organic Amazon management, be a strong communicator, and be able to build rapport easily with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Use insights and experience to improve sales across 3PL marketplaces through content, insights, and marketing spend.
Build strong working relationships with our FMCG partners. 
Ensure key information, specs, infographics, and product descriptions are optimised.
Develop upsell options and refresh marketing and creative content.
Collect, analyse, and report on the success of marketing campaigns, activities, and channels.
Be proactive in identifying opportunities for business growth and process improvement.
 
Skills and Experience

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
A natural trader with a talent for spotting and promoting opportunities
Experience in e-commerce and retail, with a focus on Amazon marketplace
Proficient in data analysis and making data-driven decisions
Skilled in optimizing Amazon listings, compliance, and customer feedback
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and similar data analysis tools
Familiar with Amazon Seller Central and other e-commerce platforms
Effective in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities and clients
