A well-known, multi-faceted business nestled on the outskirts of Bath are looking to appoint an Accounts Administrator. This is a busy SME, looking for a hard-working candidate to work across the business in a finance, marketing and administration capacity.
Your new role
Reporting to the Director you will be responsible for:
Using Quickbooks - processing and coding invoices
Regularly updating the company website with new information and events.
Liaising with local marketing publications and uploading events and information to their websites.
Adding pre-written content to social media - Instagram and TikTok
Creating brochures to be distributed to local hotels.
Answering phone calls
Monitoring the Director's inbox and organising meetings
General office administration
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will thrive in a varied hands-on role. You will have excellent attention to detail, able to communicate with stakeholders across the business, organised and keen to work for a growing, evolving local business. This role is 9am-5pm Monday to Friday ( 1 day per week can be worked from home).
