Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Finance Assistant based in Sutton. This is a contract role working full time hours.

The job:

Be first point of contact for internal and external customers
Management of Finance Team mailboxes
Processing purchase and sales ledger invoices
Processing rent account and General Ledger transactions
Drafting reconciliations of balance sheet accounts
Creation of accounting journals
General support to wider Finance TeamThe candidate:

Experience in a finance environment required
Experience working with various financial and IT programmes
Experience dealing with purchase and sales ledger as well as reconciliationsHow to apply:
