Introduction: Internal Sales

Elite Personnel is recruiting on behalf of our valued client, for a Manufacturing Internal Sales - Customer Services Administrator including export sales

This is a fast-paced role requiring a proactive and detail-oriented individual.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare formal quotes for customers.

Input sales orders into the SAP system.

Manage schedules, including delivery and production scheduling dealing directly with the manufacturing hub.

Maintain customer cross-references and pricing information.

Communicate effectively with customers regarding their orders.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.

Coordinate with dispatch and Production teams to address any concerns.

Process credit notes as required.

Provide reception telephone cover when needed.

Supply customers with necessary documentation, such as dispatch notes, invoices, and tracking details.

Generate dispatch notes and invoices for UK customers.

Verify weight and size for dispatch and select the appropriate carrier company.

Prepare consignment notes and manage export documentation.

Ensure compliance with international dispatch standards and customs requirements.

Handle export goods, including raising dispatch notes and invoices for worldwide shipping and air freight.

Utilise Excel at an intermediate level and MS Word proficiently.

Skills & Experience Required: Internal Sales

Previous experience in a similar role within manufacturing, sales, or customer service.

Strong administrative and organisational skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).

Knowledge of export documentation and worldwide shipping procedures is advantageous.
